A loan of $1,000 helped to stock a grocery store.

Eloina's story

Eloina is 41 years old. She has two children, and her husband is employed by a dairy. She has her own house, which has all the basic services. She sells food on weekends, and also runs a small grocery store in her home, while her husband works at the dairy. Her store is moderately stocked, well-located and has enough customers; she does not have competition because her store is the only one in the area. The purpose of this loan is to buy merchandise for her store. She has been a client since 2007, and has had three loans with this institution and has paid them punctually.
