Tuyết lives in Thanh Hoa city, an urban town in Thanh Hoa province. She has had a retail business selling clothes for more than 10 years. Her family is a low-income household in the village, and, moreover, this job is unstable. She has not enough money to keep sending her children to school.

The main hardship that she faces is a lack of money to keep sending her children to school, so she is requesting a loan to purchase books, school supplies, an electric bicycle, and pay the school fee for her children.

This is Tuyết's first loan with Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution. With her business profit, Tuyết hopes for her family to be healthy and happy, for her children to graduate from college, and for her business to do well.
