Marina's story

Marina is married and has a son. She lives and works in Zaporozhye. Marina owns a small footwear sales enterprise at one of the biggest markets in her home town. She has a loyal clientele and offers a flexible pricing policy that attracts many customers. Marina has been in business for 15 years. Presently, she has about 50,000 Grivnyas in inventory. Her monthly net profit is about 3,000 Grivnyas.

Marina is seeking a loan of 12,100 Grivnyas to restock her merchandise for the coming fall season. Summer is always a slow season for small market vendors in Ukraine, so Marina is hoping to catch up on her sales in fall when customer demand usually goes up.
