Eddy Francisco
Eddy G., aged 42, lives in Los Cedros in the neighborhood of Villa del Carmen in Managua. His wife stays at home. They have three children, aged 22, 18 and 15, who are all studying. He strives to provide his children with a better future by improving their living conditions. Since the institution of the new Government, Eddy has been working in the city hall of Villa del Carmen as a deputy director in the land registry office. Before that he managed a development project.

Eddy was confronted with difficulties to complete the building of his home for lack of funding. Thanks to Afodenic, he will use this loan to make improvements to his home. He will buy building materials such as cement, bricks and gravel to get a new floor in the kitchen and the living room.

El señor Eddy G. de 42 años de edad, reside en el reparto los Cedros, comarca Villa del Carmen del municipio de Managua, casado su esposa ama de casa tiene tres hijos de 22, 15 y 18 años, todos los tienen estudiando. Los planes para su familia es brindarles un mejor futuro a sus hijos, mejorando sus condiciones de vida. Don Eddy se desempeña en el cargo de sub-director catastral desde el inicio del nuevo Gobierno en la alcaldía de Villa del Carmen, anteriormente trabajaba como Maestro de obras de un proyecto para el desarrollo. Se le ha presentado dificultades para culminar su meta de construir su vivienda por falta de financiamiento. Da las gracias a Afodenic por el préstamo, ya que es un beneficio para hacer las mejoras para de su vivienda el cual realizara la compra de materiales de construcción como: cemento, ladrillos y piedrines para el cambio de piso en la parte de la cocina y sala.
