Chanthou Group's story

Chanthou, 32, is married and has three school aged children, who resides in the Takeo province of Cambodia. She has been cultivating rice to earn income for support the family for the past 10 years, while her husband adds to the family income from working as a construction worker.

With the group of two members led by Chanthou, who appears the first of the right. She would like to use her loan share to purchase pigs and feed, to fatten them, and resell. She believes with this loan will allow her to get more source of income and increase her family profits. In the future, she is going to expand her farm, to renovate her house, and help her children to get higher education.
