A loan of $500 helped buy food to prepare her meals.

Froilina's story

Froilina, 34, is from Ucayali, which is a city in the Peruvian jungle. She has lived in Lima with her husband and their three children for ten years.

For three years she has made food in her restaurant. She has always liked cooking, and since was very young she learned the best secrets of the culinary arts from her mother. This work has allowed her to support her family. Her husband is her biggest help and the source of her motivation in everything she does. Together they have worked for the progress of their family.

Her business produces good income. Her seasoning is incomparable, and all of her customers are very loyal. Froilina works from eight in the morning until six in the evening. It is very tiring work because her customer base keeps growing, and she has to prepare more food.

In the near future she would like to have a large place that she could decorate with pretty chairs, tables, and cases. This is where she could wait on her diners more comfortably.

This is her fourth loan with MFP. She is always very punctual with all of her payments. She really likes working with her community bank. She will use the money she is asking for to better equip her restaurant. She will also buy sacks of rice, liters of oil, and other wholesale foods.
