Mary's story

Mary M. is a 29-year-old married lady with one child. She sells new clothes in Nairobi city where some of her clients are walk-in customers and others are regulars.

Mary was introduced to KADET by a friend who is also a KADET client. She has been in the business of selling clothes for two and a half years. Mary plans to use the funds from this loan as working capital and will buy more inventory for her clothes shop. In the future, Mary hopes to expand her business by opening more shops in the city and she wants to buy a plot of land.
