A loan of $275 helped purchase of merchandise (underwear, bras).

Julia Veronica's story

Julia is a member of the “Los Sureños” (The Southerners) Community Bank. She is 24 years old and has three children who are 9 years old, 3 years old, and 7 months old. Only the oldest is studying in public school.

Julia did not finish high school. She remained in her third year because she left when she was pregnant. She began to work as a street vendor selling sandals in the markets. However, a year and a half ago she decided to rent a space in the market and she began to sell children’s clothing and underwear.

Since Julia became a member of Finca, she has learned to be responsible and punctual in her payments.

Julia needs a loan of 800 PEN for the purchase of merchandise (underwear, bras). Julia’s dream is to have her own business so she doesn’t have to pay rent.
