Djigui Group's story

Mariam is the woman crouching in the front of the photograph. In addition to growing vegetables, she is also a housewife. She is illiterate and has four children. Maraim works to help her husband cover the family expenses, to improve their living conditions, and to cover her children's schooling in order to give them the opportunity to succeed.

She is borrowing money to be able to buy more seed and fertilizer in order to help her garden grow a larger supply of vegetables to sell. She can make a good profit which will allow her to cover her children's schooling and offer them the best.
