Agatha's story

Agatha is the mother of 4 children. In 2001, she started selling vegetables in an open air market in a small town. In 2002, she opened a kiosk where she sold only vegetables. Last year, she got a loan of Kshs. 20,000 from SMEP, which she used to buy second-hand clothes. She is now requesting for a loan of Kshs. 30,000 to increase her stock of second-hand clothes, because the demand has increased.
