Komal Shahzadi's story

Komal Shahzadi is a woman entrepreneur, and struggling, along with her husband, to bring prosperity to her family. She is 23 years old, and lives in a small house with 11 family members.

She is a skilled woman, and has adopted cloth stitching as a source of livelihood. She has around five years of experience in cloth designing and stitching.

At the moment she is lacking finances to purchase raw materials, including cloth, colorful thread, needles, buttons and lace for cloth stitching.

She therefore has requested a loan from JWS Pakistan, field partner of Kiva, to finance raw materials for her business.

She is hopeful that the loan will be productive for her business and family.
