Por lo que anteriormente solo su marido, laboraba como docente en dos turnos primaria y secundaria, ya que solamente así ayudaría a mantener sus hijos. Es por cuenta propia que Hezell decide ayudarle a su esposo y comienza con la elaboración de frutas y verduras en su vivienda. Pero con mucho esfuerzo logra salir adelante obteniendo clientes fijos. El destino del financiamiento es para capital de trabajo para la compra de papaya, sandias, mangos, naranjas y aguacate. Su mayor sueño es que sus hijos finalizar sus estudios.
