A loan helped to improve the inventory of her store by purchasing chicken, drinks, oil, sugar, rice, etc.

Yolanda Emeli's story

Yolanda is a young woman 31 years of age. She is married and lives with her husband who is currently employed. Nine months ago she decided to set up a store selling basic necessities in her residence. She needed to generate more income to support her husband with the household expenses. She serves customers from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm. Her customers are neighbors who live in the area, and so far they are satisfied with the products the store offers.
She needs a loan in order to improve the inventory of her business. She will purchase chicken, drinks, oil, sugar, rice, etc. By incorporating new products and more inventory she will be able to increase both her sales and her income.
Yolanda's goal is to continue expanding her business in order to save sufficient money to buy a property in which they will prepare to build their own home, because their current dwelling is rented.
