Duhuzimbaraga Kivugiza Group's story

Ildephonse is 29 years old and is married with one child. Due to his experience and background, Ildephonse was nominated as the group leader for Duhuzimbaraga Kivugiza.

Ildephonse is the man showing the passbook, wearing a jean shirt. Ildephonse has owned a bricks business for the past six years. Like many of those in the group, his business is well organized and requires that he work from 6am to 5pm every day. Despite the long days, Ildephonse is determined to operate a successful business in order to provide a better life for his community.

Ildephonse has requested a loan from Kiva through VisionFund Rwanda in order to make more bricks to sell. With the profits from this loan, he will be able to reinvest in his business, pay school fees for his children, and save for his future.
