A loan helped a member to buy livestock.

Qoriccocha De Patabamba Group's story

The members belong to Qoriccocha de Patabamba Communal Bank, located in the Coya district of the province of Calca in the department of Cusco.

The member, Antonia, is 48 years old and single, and has two children. She works in her livestock business. She fattens and grows the livestock, then sells them in the various markets. She works from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. She wants to get ahead with this job. Her dream is to expand her business selling livestock.

She's requesting the loan to buy livestock.

The member who's attached to the group photo had his photo taken after the meeting; he had permission because of work. The other members earn a living in an animal sales business, a ranching business, a grocery store business, and a food sales business.

The member's grateful to those who are part of her dream through this loan and promises to make her payments punctually.
