A loan of $3,350 helped a member operating capital.

Los Chacales Group's story

The Los Chacales Community Bank is represented by Patricia. Fifteen members form the group, and the majority of them generate income for their small businesses by selling products like groceries, clothing, soft drinks, food, and cosmetics; manicure services and moto taxi (motorcycle with a tricycle-like attachment) transportation.

There is a high level of competition within the commercial area. But, the desire to get ahead makes the group’s members work to help their families’ futures.

They need a loan to help them acquire materials, supplies, and tools to improve their income and the quality of life for their families.

The members do not have experience in unified groups, but they know how to respond to their obligations. They are hard working and honest people. That is the reason why the Agrocapital foundation offers them economic support so that they can give their families a better quality of life.

In this group: Patricia, Zulma, Rosmery, Marlene, Lidia Martha*, Veronica*, Luz Marina, Laura, Silvia, Jose, Carla Alejandra, Ana Bely, Saul, Eugenia, John Charles
