Rosa Gladys's story

In the area knows as Estancia Vieja, Colon parish, city of Portoviejo humble and dedicated people work in short cycle agriculture (onions, beans, tomatoes) and raising poultry, pigs and in commerce in general.
Rosa is 41 years old. She is married with 3 children, ages 15, 12 and 6, all of the in school. Her husband sells grains. She is also a home owner.
To support her family, she runs a grocery store out of her home where she sells all sorts of products, such as rice, sugar, oil, detergent, grains, vegetables and fruit. She works every day from 7am to 6pm, and sometimes even longer. That's where she likes to be, as on top of making a living she hears about any news in town. She has been in the field for 20 years and she is doing really well.
She will use this loan to stock her store and buy rice, sugar, oil, coffee, noodles, etc. This is her 27th cycle of loans with Grupo de Credito and she likes them because they are easy and she can pay every two weeks. Her dream is to continue growing and carry every essential.
