Faustina Luisa's story

Luisa belongs to the Cajas Reales Community Bank, which is located in the Chucuito
district, Puno province, Puno department. She is 35, married, and has four children. She completed her third year of high school. She lives in the Chinchera community in the Nueva Alianza sector.

She has worked with the Movimiento Manuela Ramos for one year. She used her first loan of 500 PEN to buy wool to make handicrafts.

She now needs a loan for 300 PEN to buy wool for the production of her miniature handicrafts like finger puppets of different animals.

Her biggest wish is to keep working to be able to get ahead and to be of help at home.

She likes the savings, and she says that this way she also makes money.
