A loan helped a member to buy clothing at wholesale.

Rayito De Luna * Group's story

The "Rayito de Luna*" communal bank will begin its first loan cycle with Pro Mujer as part of the Collpani regional office. The group is made up of nine members and led by a board of directors, of which Elizabeth is president.

The loan will benefit these micro-entrepreneurs, one of whom is Elizabeth, who currently has a clothing sales business. She explains that she learned this business through her own initiative several years ago.

The loan that she is taking out now will be used to increase her working capital to buy clothing at wholesale from the wholesale vendors in the city of La Paz. Then she will display it at her sales stall. This work will allow her to generate income to support her family economically, considering that she is single and has a son.

In this group: Elizabeth Paula , Sonia , Beyvi Lourdes, Severino Felix , Mikaela Isabel, Jimena Wilma , Joseling , Nancy Martha , Kely Pamela
