Kanyshbubu's story

Kanyshbubu is 64 years old, a widow, and has raised 5 children. Her youngest son currently lives with Kanyshububu. Kanyshbubu has a higher education and extensive work experience, and is now retired. Kanyshbubu is currently working in agriculture to provide income for her family. She has a cow, 10 sheep, and grows fruit on her land allotment as well as selling organic milk.

In addition to agriculture, she also sells makeup. Thus, Kanyshbubu does not sit idly, but is active in things that interest her which also bring in an income. Kanyshbubu is the leader of the group "Ak-Tilek," which consists of just 3 people. Kanyshbubu decided to apply to the bank "Bai-Tushum" for a loan in the amount of 20,000 som (KGS) to buy a bull in order to increase her herd. Kanyshbubu plans to invest the proceeds from the loan into the further development of her business and into home repairs.
