La Señora tiene una panadería localizada en su vivienda, todo inicio porque ella anteriormente laboraba en una panadería de una amiga, y con sus ganancias fue que decide comprar su horno, para establecer su propio negocio, al inicio no tenía el suficiente tiempo para realizar todo el procedimiento ella, sola porque no tenia los ingresos necesarios para contratar a una persona que le ayudara a realizar el trabajo con la panadería y con la ayuda de sus hijos logro, sacar adelante su negocio. El financiamiento que solicita es para capital de trabajo para la compra de materia prima como harina, huevos, mantequilla y queso. El sueño de Simona es ampliar su negocio para suplir la demanda de sus clientes.
