A loan helped to carry out building maintenance, and to purchase furniture for the school.

Khalid's story

Khalid is a 44-year-old man, who started running a school 21 years ago. There are 208 students enrolled in the school, and 50% of them are female students. The aim of the school is to match the abilities of the teachers with the needs of the students. Khalid says, "In this school we provide students a balanced and relevant curriculum.”

The school currently needs furniture, and the building needs to get repaired. However there is a lack of funds. Therefore, Khalid has requested an amount of PKR 100,000, for building maintenance and for purchasing furniture for the school.
