Nusrat baji is the group leader. She has a good nature, all of the group members respect her and compliment her good behavior. She is a hard working lady. She sews clothes day and night to share the financial burden of her husband. All of her members have embroidery businesses to share somehow the financial expenses of their families. Nusrat baji is married to Mr. S. A. who has a paint selling business. He has 3 years of experience in this business. Nusrat baji is applying for a loan to buy paint boxes to expand her husband’s paint selling business. Shahla baji and Farida begum baji and Naheed A. baji each want a loan to buy material (beads, colored thread and clothes) for their decorative embroidery businesses. Najma baji wants a loan to repair her tractor.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
