Ghenwa's story

Since 2009, Ghenwa has worked at preparing artistic products and clothes from home and selling them to get income. This Lebanese woman who lives with her husband and two kids in the Aley area is very creative in artistic work, and especially in anything to do with embroidery and handicraft products.

For the first time, Ghenwa is asking for a 1,543,659 Lebanese pound (LBP) loan from Kiva's partner, Ibdaa. She needs to buy additional products and equipment for her artistic work.

Her husband works in providing energy (Moteur). He is doing well at work but has a very low income.

Ghenwa is well known in the area, as she is professional in her work and has a lot of clients.
