Benard's story

Benard a 46-year-old married man with three children. He lives in Bundibugyo, Uganda. Benard operates a poultry business where he keeps layers, broilers, and young chicks.

Benard thanks Kiva for the previous loan that he used to purchase chicks and poultry feed. His challenges include high prices for chicken feed and limited capital for expansion. He also says that some customers don't pay on time. His business goal is to become a leading poultry farmer and his personal goal is to educate his children.
