A loan of $800 helped buying and selling of Vegetables and other provision.

Emmerencia's story

She was born in 1964. She is the only wife to Mr. Ngwa Michael and has five children. The most difficult trial she has faced is paying her children’s school fees and managing her house since her husband is not financially viable. The most painful things are that, there were times she could not afford just $10 to help her husband pay school fees for her child and when her mother was very sick and she had no money to take care of her treatment.

She is a borrower in GHAPE. She believes that she will succeed because there are not many provision stores in her quarter nor women selling vegetable at the local square. Her community will be buying from her. Secondly, people will no longer have to pay taxis to the main market for these small items. the profit will be used to expand her business and sponsor her children’s education.
Her repayment will begin on the fourth month from the day her loan is disbursed.
