Abdulai is a thirty-five-year-old married man and father of three children, ages ten, five, and three. He is determined to provide his children with a good education. He realizes that this would not be an easy task without sufficient savings. As such, he started his own used clothing business. This will act as an additional source of income and will help him save for his personal needs and family welfare.

Abdulai cannot continue his business without funds. Hence, he is seeking a loan. He is joined by four other members, and together, they are requesting a loan totaling SLL 15,000,000 to pay for materials for their respective businesses. Abdulai is shown in the middle of the picture. They have come together because they are all finding it hard to meet their household expenses with their current household income. They need a loan to expand their current businesses to meet the needs of their families. They are grateful to their lenders.
