Hilda's story

Hilda, 35, is a very happy woman. She lives in a rented house, and she has the spirit to work hard and get ahead. Because her family did not have the necessary income to take care of her health and nutrition, she learned as a young girl to earn money by herself.

Currently, after many sacrifices, she has been able to progress. She has a small convenience store, which is very popular. Little by little it is growing. What Hilda likes most about her work is that she has the freedom to choose what hours she will work and what hours she will do her personal chores. She has had the business for thirteen years, and she is very happy with the work she does.

She would like to have a larger store where she could better tend to her customers because she knows that the success of her business depends on them.

This is Hilda’s fifth loan with MFP. She has every desire to pay it on time, even though to do so she may have to collect her daily earnings little by little. She is always very responsible in her community bank, and she is always up to date with the agreements her colleagues have made. With the 3,000 PEN she is asking for, she will improve her store in order to offer her customers a greater variety of products.
