Ayda's story

Ayda currently lives in La Paz department, Aroma province, in the community of Collpa Huancarani. She makes a living farming potatoes, quinoa, and carrots. Two years ago now, she inherited land from her parents and began working independently. She also worked since childhood helping her parents, who are now elderly and cannot help her financially. Ayda is the youngest daughter, and she does not have economic help from her siblings, who now have their own families.
