Oyuntuya's story

Oyuntuya D. lives with her husband and three children in the Bayanzurh district of Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. The two oldest children are university students in the city and the youngest son goes to a local kindergarten.


Oyuntuya has a small business selling food. She rents a stall in the local food market and sells various food products, mostly half/un-processed poultry products. She started her business in 1993 with the help of her husband. She is an authorized seller of chicken products from Bohog Od, one of the largest poultry companies.


In the future, she would like to expand her business and make sure that she leaves a successful business for her children. She requests a loan to purchase more products from Bohog Od for her business.
