El señor Cecilio Efraín O., tiene la edad de 46 años, habita en el barrio San José de los Ríos, junto a su esposa la cual le apoya con los gastos del hogar, ellos tiene tres hijos de catorce, once y seis años; ellos estudian y le apoyan con las actividades agrícolas, los planes hacia su familia es mejorar las condiciones de vida, desde hace 30 años don Cecilio se dedica a los trabajos agrícolas, con sus propios esfuerzos a logrado establecer parte de sus cultivos , la mayor dificultad que se le presenta es la falta de financiamiento. Con el préstamo va a comprar fertilizantes e insumos para aplicar al cultivo y poder vender a mejor precio.
