Maritza's story

Maritza Rodríguez N. belongs to the Carmen Cabrejos Community Bank. She lives on Jr. Cahuide Nº 410 in the Calleria distict, in the city of Pucallpa. She is 44, has five grown children, and her husband works buying and selling wood.

She works in the field of handicrafts and clothing sales. With her first loan for 300 PEN from Manuela Ramos she bought clothes in Lima to later bring and sell to the people she knows in Pucallpa.

With this loan for 2,000 PEN, she will buy pants, shirts, purses, and also material to make floral arrangements and cakes for all occasions.

The ONG (non governmental organization) Manuela Ramos has helped me to generate more income for my family. They have helped me expand my business and to keep growing and developing.
