Eva Lilian's story

Eva Lilian P. is 57 years old and she lives in Antiguo Cuscatlán with her 28 year-old son, her daughter-in-law and her granddaughter. Eva owns a small restaurant called “Lilian”, which she has had for 35 years. This is her daily subsistence. She is requesting a loan with which she can obtain the money necessary to buy rice, corn, beans, and sugar, among other ingredients for making the foods she sells for lunches and dinners. She wants to continue in this work not only because it is her only source of income, but also because she much appreciation for it because with the income she obtained from this business in the past, she was able to provide everything her son needed during his childhood.
