Rubina baji is married to M. H. and is the group leader of four other women. She has been living in Kot Radha Kishan, Pakistan, for the past 10 years. Her husband is a musician and runs a musical group of 10 people. They sing songs on occasions such as weddings and birthdays when people call them for providing entertainment. Rubina baji is engaged in the cot-knitting business. She knits cots on orders and earns income. She does this work to share the financial burden of her husband. She is applying for a loan to buy a musical instrument (guitar) for her husband’s musical group.

Parveen baji wants a loan to buy a buffalo for her milk-selling business. Sakina baji wants a loan to buy iron for making iron rods to sell. Nazia parveen baji wants a loan to buy an auto-rickshaw (a local three-wheeled motor vehicle). Razia baji wants a loan to buy goats for her animal-selling business.

This is a group loan and the loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
