Zhaanbubu's story

Zhaanbubu is 46 years old, unmarried, and the mother of two sons. She has a secondary education. Zhaanbubu has been farming since 2010. Thanks to Zhaanbubu's hard work, today her farm has five cows and 20 sheep. Her monthly profit is about 6,000 som (KGS), but these funds are not enough to support her family decently. As a result, in order to develop her business further Zhaanbubu has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 120,000 som (KGS) to buy some livestock to increase the size of her herd. She plans to invest the proceeds of the loan in the further development of her business and in buying furniture for her house.
