Marga Indah Ternak Group's story

Marga Indah Ternak is a women's group, headed by Ni Komang. Ni Komang has a main job as a farmer, together with her husband, they manage the land behind their house. To support the incomes for her family, Ni Komang persues a pig raising business which is supported by MUK. Together with another 8 women, they formed a group to have a loan and free training about pigs.

Ni Komang is a piglets seller in her village. She keep the quality of her piglets by maintaining superior quality only. Now she has 3 sows. Ni Komang feels happy. When she joined the program, she only had 2 pigs. Now she can improve her business and buy more sows.

After repaying the loan, Ni Komang and Marga Indah Ternak continue the loan to increase the population of pigs. Ni Komang used her loan to purchase superior quality feed and renovate the cages to accommodate the new born piglets. Ni Komang has a plan to buy a cow from the profit she will earn. She hopes her dream can come true.
