El grupo "Rosas Blancas" inicia su tercer ciclo de trabajo con la institución en este ciclo son solamente 12 socios de los cuales la mayoría se dedican a la venta de ropa usada actividad que requiere constantemente de capital para adquirir la mercadería por fardos que luego sacan a la venta, los otros socios se dedican a la costura de ropa deportiva que acomodan en los colegios y en tiendas deportivas, otras de las socias se dedican a la venta de comida, refrescos, mantas y a la venta de cosméticos por catálogos. En el ámbito del comercio la competencia es dura pero los socios saben como salir adelante gracias a sus años de experiencia y su calidez para atender a sus clientes. El destino del financiamiento es para el cambio de rubro para los que venden ropa usada y para la compra de insumos y materiales para ayuden a incrementar sus ingresos para poder darles a sus familias una mejor calida de vida.
