A loan of $175 helped increase merchandise.

Victoria's story

Victoria, 40, lives with her two children in a rented house.

For over eight years she has had a food store in a location that she rents by the month. Her desire to generate greater income motivated her to start this store. The store currently has a good amount of merchandise. This is what has motivated her to get ahead renovating and innovating with the products that she offers. Victoria works tirelessly tending her store. Her neighbors, who are her primary customers, come to her to buy their daily basic needs.

Her hard work has paid off. In the future, Victoria wishes to increase her working capital. This is her third loan with MFP. She is renewing her promise to work for the well being of her community bank. The loan will be used to buy more merchandise like soft drinks, sweets, and canned food.
