Jesca's Group's story

K. Jesca is a hardworking and devoted married lady with seven children. The oldest is in university and she also cares for two orphans. She has a retail shop in Rwomuhoro Trading Centre that she has been running for ten years. She started with a very small shop which has now grown substantially.

For years she has been getting loans; this is her 16th loan. She has been able to attract many customers because she treats them well and has enough stock that is in demand. She has a goal of expanding her shop further so that she can increase her profit which is at 260,000 shillings per month now. Jesca needs this loan to be able buy more sugar, soap, salt and cooking oil for her shop.
