A loan of $5,000 helped purchase audio production equipment, build our website & develop a promotional budget for our services.

Adam's story

I met Adam in court in December of 2011. We weren’t on trial though—we were protesting the destruction of Lake Maumelle which provides drinking water to 400,000 Arkansans. We felt an instant connection & haven’t left each other’s sight since. We love music of all types & don’t just go out to see performances; we are in the business of capturing beautiful audio recordings of the sounds.

For seven years I had been working in state government when Adam said it was time to push harder for greater personal success. I agreed with him & in December of last year he quit his job at a local music equipment retailer to work full time developing our family business. We needed to devote more time to finding new clients, developing solutions, & perfecting our techniques so we wrote the business plan!

I believe in this business because no one in the state is as good at what Adam does & my financial expertise perfectly balances our skill sets. Adam is an unconventional innovator & I am deliberate in my planning so the results show the best of both worlds.

Adam attended the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences where he studied the techno-artistic field of audio recording & production. He has put his skills to work in theatre, film, radio, television, music venues, recording studios, & sales. Adam has even developed a curriculum for a local music academy & is presently an instructor teaching his craft!

Lansky Sound is our audio production business that is taking off. Instead of building a studio & training staff, we designed a mobile studio that can adapt to almost any recording situation & involve specialists as-needed. It is Bruce Lee’s “way of no way”—strength thru flexibility & seeing the bright side. Our recordings capture the performer’s dreams.
