Crescencio's story

Mr. Crescencio Ruíz Balbuena is 41 years old and is accompanied by Señora Virginia Rotela, his wife of 20 years. They have a school age son six years old.

They began the business when Señora Virginia had her son, since at that time she could not leave to work outside of the house. They began to sell fruits and fruit salads. She carried on as home maker and cared for their son. Since Don Crescencio had success in the trial, they were encouraged to grow and continued acquiring more clients who asked them for other things such as empanadas and then vegetables, and so they grew the business little by little. Today they have worked for six years in this business and according to Don Crescencio he likes it since they can continue building and improving their house which, with much sacrifice, they began some time ago.
