A loan of $325 helped increase merchandise.

Leonor's story

Leonor, a widow at 45, is responsible for watching over her small daughter. With help from her parents, who give her a place to live, Leonar tries to give her daughter the best living conditions.

She is determined to convert her store into a book store so the school children of the zone can find all the educational materials they need. For now she is working hard in her business. She just finished having a public telephone installed, and that will help her attract people to her store. It will also make her known in the area.

Her problem is the rental cost of her business location, which she has been in for 4 years. Meanwhile, she will keep working, like always, to kindly tend to her customers and offer them what they need at all times. Her business is open from seven in the morning until ten at night.

This is her first loan with MFP. She hopes that staying in the group will be very beneficial. She will use the money to buy merchandise to stock her business with new and needed products for her customers.
