Mrs. Seng L. is the village bank president who has been selected by the members. She is a farmer who owns a small piece of land to grow vegetables. Her husband, Mr. Nhoem Poun, is a fisherman. Since his fishing business is doing well, he wants to expand it; thus, Mrs. Seng L. decided to ask for a loan to buy more fishnets for her husband's fishing operation. She hopes to increase her family's income and improve its standard of living.
