Primavera Group's story

The women of this group are all committed to working hard and taking charge of their lives. They want to learn new skills in order to gradually improve their lives. They are participating in the poverty elimination survey.

Marta is one of these women. Six years ago, she started accessing loans through Fundacion Paraguaya. She works making food. She sells grilled meat skewers, hamburgers, and hot dogs from a little cart. This is her main business and source of income. She makes her sales daily out in front of her house, and she already has a steady customer base of regulars that come to buy her meals.

She is requesting this loan to buy the ingredients she needs in order to prepare her food, such as tomatoes, lettuce, spices, condiments, meat, chicken, ham, and cheese. Marta is known in her group for her enthusiasm and drive.
