Susi A. A. is the secretary for the entire bank. Currently she makes a living promoting beauty products, which she has been doing for some time. She lives in the May 3rd neighborhood in Guardia in her family's home. She is a young woman who is still going to school and has a strong desire to keep moving up. Her goal is to have a career.

Este banco de emprendimiento se encuentra en su quinto ciclo esta conformado de 10 personas las cuales viven en la localidad de la Guardia.
ELSA G..- Es la presidenta del banco, vive en la localidad de la Guardia, en el barrio 3 de mayo entrando por la calle antes del monumento.
Ella tiene 57 años de edad viuda, vive con su nuera y sus hijos, el negocio al que ella se dedica es la venta de comida el mismo que lo viene haciendo ya muchos años, el cual hasta ahora es el sustento para su familia.
MERY R. S..- La Sra. Mery R. es la tesorera del banco de emprendimiento, ella solo tiene 19 años de edad, vive en el Barrio Aguilera de la Guardia, en una casa alquilada con su concubino y su pequeño hijo.
La actividad a la que se ha estado dedicando es la venta de cosméticos, el mismo que lo realiza en su misma zona es decir es promotora.
El marido Julio Cesar Kisosala, se dedica a la actividad de carpintería; es una familia que esta empezando a formar su pequeño capital, por otro lado comentan que esto de los prestamos es un a gran ayuda para seguir trabajando con su pequeño negocio.
SUSI A. A..- Ha sido nombrada como secretaria por todo el banco de emprendimiento. Actualmente se dedica a la promoción de productos de belleza, con el cual viene trabajando hace un tiempo atrás, vive en el barrio 3 de mayo de la zona de la Guardia, vive en casa familiar, es una jovencita que actualmente sigue estudiando, tiene muchas ganas de seguir superándose. Su objetivo de aquí a un tiempo contar con alguna profesión.
