A loan of $1,000 helped to buy flour, sugar, and butter.

Guy Roger's story

Mr. A. is a baker. He produces and sells wheat bread wholesale and retail to his customers. He started this business in 2008. He delivers in bulk to retailers in his district every morning. It is a very profitable business. With what he earns from it, he manages to support himself. The current demand from his customers is high, but he lacks enough flour in his inventory. He’s therefore asking WAGES for his first loan to buy sacks of flour, some sugar, and five boxes of butter.
