Avante Iii Group's story

The members of the Avante III group met at Banco do Povo. They have been friends for more than four years. The group has applied for six loans from Banco do Povo (BPCS). Sonia sells meals, Silvandira has a clothes store, Maria has a clothes store, and Crisleide does manicure.

Raimuna is the group's leader. She is 64, separated, and lives with her granddaughter, who works and studies. She lives in Diadema, São Paulo. She is an honest, hardworking, and friendly person.

Raimunda sells meals in her community to support her family. She has twenty-seven years of experience in this business. She started to work in this area because she worked for a company, where she had an accident and lost her arm. She changed activities and started to work with some friends, where she learned to prepare different types of meals. Her activity is special for her, and what she likes doing the most is to learn every day at work, which is her source of income.

Raimunda needs a loan to buy a freezer, a frying machine, and products to prepare her meals. With the profits, she will be able to buy more things. In the future, she plans to open a restaurant, and buy a car.

The members of this group would like to thank lenders for the confidence put in them, and would like to tell them that they are good friends because they are helping people they do not know. This loan will help them a lot, and gives them a lot of hope.
