A loan helped to purchase wire mesh and nails for the farm and she will also purchase more poultry.

Francisca Catalina's story

Francisca is the mother of three children, all of them are adults and married. She managed to study up to the third grade because her parents had limited resources and couldn't give her the necessary conditions so that she could continue studying. She is married and her husband works as a day laborer.

Francisca works raising poultry, work she has done since she was very young. She did this work with her mother, who was the one who taught her; she raises the birds at her house and she begins her work at 6 in the morning and ends at 12 noon. In addition, she helps her husband growing basic grains in the afternoons and this is at a distance of one kilometer from her house.

She will use this loan to purchase more wire mesh and nails for the farm and also she will purchase more poultry.

Francisca dreams of having a large number of birds to spend a lot of time at her favorite activity. She also wants to leave her children a more comfortable and secure place when she is gone.
