A loan helped to buy livestock.

Telma Marilu's story

Telma is 44 years old and studied up to the ninth grade of basic education. She is married and her husband works in agriculture and cattle ranching. She has three children but only two live with her as her daughter is married and has her own home.

Telma works with beef cattle and has done so for many years. She learned this trade from her husband. She decided to pursue it to bring in a financial income that would allow her to help with household expenses. Previously she only worked in the home.

She needs this loan to buy beef cattle, so that she can generate greater income when she sells them in the future.

Her dreams are to keep working as hard as she can to give her family a good future. She also dreams that her children can keep studying and prepare themselves academically.
