A loan helped to buy rice, beans, oil, flour, sugar, eggs, powdered milk, juices, other soft drinks, cornflour drinks, coffee and more to stock up his shop.

José Aníbal's story

Jose is an enterprising young man. He is 22 years old and is in education. He is single but hoping to gain an education in order to have something to offer when he has his own family. Jose currently lives at his parents' house, and supports them with what he can.

As well as studying, Jose works in a shop that he has owned with his mother for three years. Jose and his mother opened this business because they saw that they had expenses to cover. Both are happy that the business has given excellent results.

Jose is an exemplary young man; it is not easy to look after the business and study simultaneously. This work allows Jose to earn an income to pay for his studies and to help his family.

Jose will use this loan to buy rice, beans, oil, flour, sugar, eggs, powdered milk, juices, other soft drinks, cornflour drinks, coffee and more to stock up his shop. This will help Jose a lot as profits will help him to pay for family necessities, and he will be able to continue paying for his studies.

Jose dreams of studying at university, and of finding a good job that will allow him to develop as a person. He wants his business to be strong in order to continue supporting his mother.

Jose deserves Kiva's help with this loan. Young enterpreneurs, like Jose, are what is needed in El Salvador.
